Which compact digital should I buy?

Ok firstly I am an amateur and just want to take good quality pictures of my son in thehome, out at the park and at school plays etc, so I have narrowed my choice down to a few.. Here are my requirements:

1. Must be £100 – £150
2. At least 7 Million Pixels
3. At least 5x Optical Zoom (for the school plays)
4. Handle Indoor Pictures well (Low light)
5. Easy to use
6. Not over keen on a really Chunky Model

My Choices are:

Ricoh R7
Panasonic Lumix T23
Canon Powershot A720

Out of all 3 which do you think I would be better off with.

Thankyou for your advise. I went to Jessops and had a good play about with all the camera’s I was interested in, and decided on the Panasonic TZ3 The pictures I took of my son were amazing… Even took some of him running, and the capture was great. I Used the longest Zoom without a tripod and it was perfect. Also I took pictures of a red and blue sign with all the cameras and without a doubt the Panasonic came up trumps giving beautiful colours and crispness. On the canon the colours were dull and the red was bleeding in to the blue. All my trials were done on the basic settings on all cameras, with exception to the running snap, so it would be fair. Rioch R7 was the worst camera out of the lot of them Totally couldnt handle pictures indoors, and the full zoom gave a blurred picture. For me the TZ3 was perfect, and did everything I wanted it to do, and then some. It was easy to manage, and most importantly I will finally get some decent pics of my son.
